🎯 Requirements

8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent.
Technical leader with systems thinking, not just an IC.
Balance hands-on building with strategic influence.
Know when to go deep technically vs enable others.
Build trust with engineers, architects, and executives.
Experience deploying GenAI in enterprise/cloud environments.
