📋 Description

  • Own short- and long-term goals for Channel partners in Scandinavia.
  • Develop and manage the territory channel development plan and recruit partners.
  • Coordinate channel resources (marketing, sales engineers, ops).
  • Engage partners to commit to the account plan and investments.
  • Track activities with partners in SFDC and monitor opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian
  • Based in Sweden or Norway (Stockholm/Oslo preferred; relocation not included)
  • Experience in reseller/channel sales
  • Strong business acumen and partner go-to-market understanding
  • Ability to interpret financial statements and align with partners' success
  • Willingness to travel within the region
