📋 Description

• Oversee corporate accounting and corporate finance; unify ops, reporting, and planning.
• Own contractor workforce governance, T&E policy, and international expansion infra.
• Build scalable, tech-enabled financial foundation with rigorous analysis.
• Lead firmwide planning, forecasting, and month-end close with data integrity.
• Partner across central teams for budgeting, consolidation, and governance.
• Drive international expansion: entity setup, banking, payroll readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate accounting/finance with deep technical accounting.
• Proven success leading accounting and FP&A in a high-growth setting.
• CPA preferred; public accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction accounting and consolidated financials; strong forecasting.
• ERP/payroll/expense/FP&A tools implementation; cross-functional leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to influence executives.
