- Founder-first mindset with credible public presence; large social following a plus.
- Mastery of PLG motions: freemium onboarding, bottoms-up activation, community-driven growth.
- Cross-functional leadership across internal teams, external partners, and startups.
- Track record driving startups from 0 to 10M+ ARR via PLG.
