• Design automated data pipelines and scalable datasets.
• Apply advanced statistics and ML methods for fund analytics.
• Own end-to-end analytics—from exploration to deployment.
• Guide data/AI roadmaps, architecture, and tool selection.
• Work in-office 3 days/week in SF or Menlo Park.

🎯 Requirements

• SQL, Databricks, dbt, Delta Lake, Python mastery.
• 7+ years building data-driven software for finance/portfolio.
• Degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or Finance.
• Deep venture economics and fund modeling domain fluency.
• Proven experience delivering analytical platforms and predictive models.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
