• Poise, influence, and discretion with senior executives and partners.
• Strong operational instincts; vendors, contracts, on-site logistics.
• Proficient with CRM and event tools (Salesforce, Marketo).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Willing to travel up to 30-40%.
