Partner 20, Fund Strategy

📋 Description

• Fund strategy analysis for Venture and Growth platforms; partner with fund leadership.
• Identify high-stakes strategic questions; build analytical frameworks; deliver GP recommendations.
• Use fund/portfolio data to support new fund formation; optimize portfolio construction and reserves.
• Conduct post-deployment analyses to improve deployment, pacing, and reserve decisions.
• Deliver executive-ready models and concise narratives; defend assumptions in senior forums.
• In-office presence 3 days/week in Menlo Park and San Francisco offices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking (sector or M&A), venture capital, hedge funds, management consulting, accounting, or strategic finance.
• Experience presenting to senior executives, including General Partners or equivalent.
• Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills required.
• Comfort with, or willingness to learn, SQL and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, precise written analyses and presentations for senior audiences.
