- Own end-to-end onboarding processes with accountability for outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional partnership across HR, Recruiting, IT, and Finance.
- HRIS and ATS experience; Workday and Greenhouse preferred.
- Excellent project management; manage multiple onboarding workstreams.
- Discretion, professionalism, and strong written/verbal communication.
