🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in onboarding, employee experience, HR ops, or people programs.
  • Own end-to-end onboarding processes with accountability for outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership across HR, Recruiting, IT, and Finance.
  • HRIS and ATS experience; Workday and Greenhouse preferred.
  • Excellent project management; manage multiple onboarding workstreams.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and strong written/verbal communication.
