📋 Description

• Associate role in Capital Network across Consumer, AI Apps & Speedrun.
• Guide portfolio companies through capital raising, M&A, and capital markets.
• Provide value to portfolio and teams via cross-functional collaboration.
• In-office presence 5 days/week in San Francisco, CA.
• Responsibilities include capital raising support and M&A advisory.
• Develop materials for internal/external audiences to drive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in tech corporate finance; includes corporate development or M&A.
• Solid venture ecosystem understanding and capital provider dynamics.
• Ability to build trust with team members, entrepreneurs and networks.
• Low ego, high empathy; collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Degree in Finance/Business/Economics/technical field preferred but not required.
