📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day execution powering Speedrun ops and founder experience.
• Ensure all sessions, meetings, and events run smoothly and on schedule.
• Coordinate with founders; manage logistics, updates, and reminders.
• Anticipate blockers; bring structure, foresight, and speed.
• Oversee internal updates, agendas, summaries, and follow-ups.
• In-office presence 5 days/week in San Francisco.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in program management, operations, or events.
• Experience managing vendors end-to-end (sourcing, contracting, timelines, budgets, on-site).
• Proven ability to source, build, and maintain external vendor relationships.
• Experience recruiting, training, scheduling, and managing event staff.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-touch founder experience with clear communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
