🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years product design shipping digital products.
• Strong portfolio: UX, systems thinking, visual design.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments; end-to-end product development.
• Fluency in Figma; ability to build scalable components.
• Ability to context switch across multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.
