Participant Recruitment Coordinator - FTC

📋 Description

• Conduct participant-facing tasks to ensure a positive trial experience.
• Oversee data collection and in-person procedures (e.g., MRI) to run smoothly.
• Maintain and update participant trackers and Investigator Site File (ISF).
• Assist the PI with day-to-day trial implementation and CRO queries.
• Respond to CRO data queries and escalate safety or trial issues as needed.
• Collaborate with trial teams to ensure seamless participant experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Calendly, Docusign, Medi2data, Dial Pad, Florence, Sealed Envelope.
• Onboarding patients: screening calls and follow-up.
• Maintaining a tracking system and follow-up procedures.
• High agency; bias for action; able to meet protocol timelines.
• Passionate about our mission; healthcare industry impact.
• Desire to learn at a high-growth VC-funded startup.
