  • Liaise with IDT, care team, and external providers to ensure high-quality care
  • Support participant experience projects, such as surveys
  • Facilitate communication among providers, families, participants, and caregivers
  • Provide customer service calls to ensure satisfaction with IDT and care
  • Support the grievance process with high-touch service until resolution
  • Check-ins with participants to prevent disenrollment and address concerns

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency; experience may substitute
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or relevant field preferred
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to present to various groups and leadership
  • Highly motivated, self-directed; able to adapt quickly and decide in emergencies
