📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy via synchronous video sessions for adults.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Use EMR and between-session messaging to support patients.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Comply with federal and state therapy regulations; maintain licenses.

🎯 Requirements

• Master\'s degree or higher in psychology, counseling or social work.
• Active state licenses (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/LPC/PhD/PsyD) to practice.
• 2+ years therapy experience.
• Clinical experience serving the trans and queer community.
• Previous telehealth experience.
• Clear, compassionate communication; multilingual skills a plus.
