📋 Description

• Provide individual therapy via telehealth video sessions for adults.
• Collaborate with therapists to support comprehensive treatment.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; monitor and adjust treatment plans.
• Use between-session messaging and EMR to coordinate care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical discussions.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and support diverse populations.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Active state licenses (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD or PsyD) to practice.
• 2+ years of therapy experience.
• Clinical experience serving trans and queer communities.
• Previous telehealth experience.
• Commitment to empowerment, transparency, and collaboration in care.
• Strong communication skills; multilingual a plus.
• Organizational and time management for remote charting.
