• Create a comfortable, uplifting end-to-end customer experience.
• Plan and execute store events to build community and drive sales.
• Actively listen to customer preferences and recommend products they’ll love.
• Lead product fittings to ensure customers buy the correct size the first time.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in retail/customer service.
• Previous lead or senior role preferred.
• Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Warm demeanour with a "get it done" approach.
• Resourceful with a keen ability to resolve customer issues.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and be 18+.
