Part Time RN Clinical Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, inspire, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Coordinate client care with Rehab Manager and DCO; manage field staff.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and quality.
• Ensure appropriate clinicians are assigned to each client.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of field staff.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, Part Time, 24-30 hrs/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years RN in Home Health.
• 2+ years leadership/supervisory role.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Desire to lead, inspire, and motivate others.
• Strong knowledge of home health policies and procedures.
