Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty, including directions and info
Maintain clear logs at front desk for people, property and packages
Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
Monitor cameras and patrol to guard against theft and keep environment safe
Respond to incidents and emergencies; record incident data for management
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old
Experience as door staff or front desk; bilingual a plus
Comfortable around pets
High School diploma or GED
Able to obtain IL PERC and state training requirements
Read/write/speak English; pass drug screen and background check
