- Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty, including directions.
- Maintain clear, accurate logs at front desk for people or property, including packages.
- Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain safety.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies at the property, and record incident data for Titan Security management.
- Other duties as assigned.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must have experience as a door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel or restaurant position.
- Must be comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC, including state accredited training requirements.
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check; evening/night/weekend availability.
