Triage and review remote assist workflows key to performance metrics and compliance
Escalate operational blockers with suggested solutions
Interact with the public as an ambassador for Aurora

🎯 Requirements

Focus on a laptop monitoring proprietary tooling for AV operations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Keen attention to detail
Safety-focused mindset
Valid U.S. driver's license with 5+ years driving history and clean record (MVR validated)
Must pass initial and random drug and alcohol screenings
