Part-time Recruiter for a 5-month fixed-term contract (3 days/week)
Manage high-volume candidate pipelines across Engineering, Product, and Business
Conduct first-round video screenings to assess qualifications and fit
Own Greenhouse ATS data integrity and maintain candidate milestones
Ensure polished, empathetic candidate experience and communication

🎯 Requirements

Experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or initial screening
Fluent in English
Strong listening and communication; 30 minute screening
Excellent organization; manage large datasets and spreadsheets
Greenhouse experience; proficient with chats and Google Workspace
Self directed; able to work a 3 day workweek
Familiar with dashboards for exec reporting
