🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience as licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
- Active Ohio real estate license (salesperson or broker)
- DREI certification preferred
- Prior instruction/training experience preferred
- Weekend and evening class availability
- Computer with HD camera and microphone required
- Quiet, dedicated home office with strong internet
- Ability to instruct onsite or via Zoom
