- Self-motivated, proactive; strong problem-solver with excellent people skills.
- Analytical; data-driven; comfortable turning insights into action.
- Autonomy; strong prioritization and project management.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; other languages a plus.
- Innovative, flexible; up-to-date with HR trends; comfortable with ambiguity.
