🎯 Requirements

Prior in-store field sales experience at Sephora, with passion for beauty.
Knowledge of the beauty industry; clean beauty a plus.
Strong sales background to meet SPH goals.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in teams and autonomously, with self-direction.
Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast moving environment.
