📋 Description

• Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth.
• Conduct intakes and develop client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Flexible afternoon/evening hours; after-school focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience serving children, teens, and families.
• Trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach.
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain documentation in our EHR.
