• Balance customer service, sales, and administrative tasks with training.
• Walk the property, engage prospects, and inspect homes as needed.

• Support resident events and on-site operations when needed.
• Rotating Saturdays 9am-5pm; weekday hours 9am-6pm with flexibility.
