🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience as a Lead Teacher in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting (babysitting/nannying does not qualify)
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning
- Experience with diapering and knowledge of diapering best practices for toddlers
- Familiarity with toilet training approaches and ability to support children at various stages
- First Aid & CPR certification
