- Care for and ensure safety of children in our play-based care room (ages 2-12)
- Respond to dynamics and tricky behaviors with kindness and age-appropriate conflict management
- Communicate respectfully with the children's parents to share regular updates, and contact them in case of an emergency
- Create curriculum and plan activities to lead with children
- Collaborate with other teachers, Center Directors, and staff to create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment
- Meet with Center Directors for check-ins and professional development
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year experience with children in daycare/preschool as Lead Teacher
- First Aid and CPR certification (we can support completion of these prior to start date)
