🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in apparel or lifestyle retail; lead or senior role.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
- Use KPIs and insights to drive real-time decisions.
- Resourceful with conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Must have work authorization to work in Canada, 18+ years.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move around store.
- Flexible to work 15-20 hrs/wk; up to 29 hrs during peak.
