- Introduce new clients to services with clear messaging via phone or walk-in
- Monitor and manage clinic schedule; optimize shifts and waitlists
- Submit and file all claims, invoices, and transactions accurately
- Maintain clean, consistent client notes for seamless service
- Maintain clinic organization and cleanliness; sanitize spaces and equipment

- 1+ years in customer service or hospitality
- Available to work at least 2 shifts per week
- Care deeply about positive client interactions
- Maintain a well-presented, organized clinic
- Detail-oriented with strong problem solving
- Communicate long-term value of services to clients
