• Engage with members, brokers, providers, and vendors across channels.
• Manage an assigned caseload with service, productivity, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year in high-volume or customer-facing role.
• 6+ months healthcare experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills.
• Spanish bilingual with strong reading/writing.
• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
