Part-time, volume-driven Customer Service role in Oscar's Member & Provider Services.
Handles customer interactions and back-office tasks per SOPs.
Reports to the Concierge Operations Manager.
Part-time schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am–1:00pm CST; 5-week training.
Remote role; must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, or Texas.
Base pay $19/hour; eligible for select benefits and up to 64 hours vacation.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years in high-volume or customer-focused setting.
1+ years of healthcare experience.
High school diploma or GED.
