• Handle member, broker, provider interactions per SOP.
• Manage an assigned caseload with service, productivity, and quality goals.
• Build working relationships with partners across channels.
• Escalate and resolve issues per escalation pathways.
• Ensure PHI and regulatory compliance in daily work.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in high-volume or customer-focused setting.
• 6+ months healthcare experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Spanish bilingual a bonus.
• Data entry experience.
• Advanced Google Suite or MS Office capabilities.
