Part-time contract Recruiter, 100% remote.
Recruit top talent via networking, resumes, cold calling, and ads.
Coordinate with outside agencies and assist with HR tech, training, and development.
Build and maintain a continuous candidate pipeline across departments.
Screen candidates in HR systems and keep data up to date.
Train managers and executives on networking and recruitment best practices.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a strong track record.
Strong preference for agency and in-house (corporate) recruiting experience.
Strong preference for 1+ year freelance or contract experience.
Estimated 20–30 hours per week; hours may fluctuate.
Bachelor's Degree.
Good computer skills.
