🎯 Requirements

3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid track record.
Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting.
At least 1 year freelance/contract experience.
Avg 20–30 hours per week; hours vary.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Good computer skills.
