🎯 Requirements
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record.
- Strong preference for agency and in-house recruiting experience.
- At least one year of freelance or contract experience.
- This position averages 20–30 hours per week; hours may fluctuate.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good computer skills.
