Part-Time 1:1 RBT / Registered Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism.
• Follow the treatment plan/behavior support plan for skill acquisition and reduction.
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by Supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals accurately and timely.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client plans.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities (preferred)
• Valid RBT certification
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Part-time availability (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in-home or in the community
