Work directly with clients and follow treatment plans for skill acquisition and behavior support.
Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by the Behavioral Services Manager and Behavior Specialist.
Document interventions and progress toward goals.
Collect behavior data per the client behavior support plan.
Review data with Supervisors to guide program improvements.
Provide habilitation and training to help client gain skills.

🎯 Requirements

One year experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
Valid RBT certification.
CPR/FA certification.
