Provide CNA support to special needs students and medical assistance
Manage classroom behaviors
Report behavioral concerns of students to appropriate staff
Implement and maintain behavioral program policies and data
Maintain classroom order and safety; provide general supervision of students
Assist in prevention and management of incidents of non-compliance and escalation

🎯 Requirements

Certified CNA (CNA) or Medical Assistant experience
Diapering/Toileting assistance
Experience using a Hoyer Lift
Able to work with high-risk special needs students
Military Veterans are encouraged to apply
Ability to operate tactfully under stress
