Design and maintain hardware test stands for vehicle subsystems.
Maintain CI pipeline with reliability, speed, and cost focus.
Partner with hardware/software teams to build internal tooling.
Contribute to regulatory docs, software traceability, and test protocols.
Provide technical mentorship to engineers in testing and validation.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software development with Python and C++/Rust.
3+ years building test software/internal tooling, including hard tech and cloud software.
Proficiency with Linux, DevOps, cloud services, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HITL) testing and SITL simulations.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical design and mentor others.
Ability to work cross-functionally and balance depth with product impact.

🎁 Benefits

Target Salary Range: $150,000 — $190,000 USD.
