📋 Description

• Own matter tracking and case file management across a high-volume docket.
• Execute discovery and trial prep, including document production and depositions.
• Build improved processes and tooling to reduce manual effort and scale the team.
• Support subpoenas, summons, levies, and other civil third-party requests.
• Drive deadline management by calendaring milestones, court dates, and filing deadlines.
• Partner with outside counsel and government agencies on case logistics and document exchanges.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years as a litigation paralegal, managing 50+ matters across jurisdictions.
• End-to-end discovery workflows, including e-discovery platforms, document review, and production.
• Proven ability to build or improve processes that boost accuracy.
• Experience responding to subpoenas, summons, levies, and garnishments.
• Familiarity with litigation involving financial services, cryptocurrency, or tech.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow.
