  • Provide admin and litigation support through various case phases.

  • Conduct basic factual and legal research using Westlaw.
  • Assist with Bluebook citation checks and verifying quoted material.
  • Organize case files and calendars, deadlines, and tracking systems.
  • Communicate professionally with courts, clients, and vendors; coordinate with teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years paralegal/litigation experience preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Westlaw and other legal research tools.
  • Experience with CM/ECF, PACER, and Bluebook basics.
  • Travel availability up to one month at a time.
