Proactively support the Group Commercial, Employment and Litigation team (HK & London) on legal matters
Draft, process, and review legal documents; maintain knowledge of the legal framework
Ensure compliance by reviewing business materials; support attorneys to achieve goals
Build knowledge of Crypto.com businesses; provide support to lines of business
Act as primary legal contact to business teams; attend meetings with attorneys and outside counsel
Self-manage tasks; maintain tools, databases, and processes to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

Self-starter and team player
2+ years in-house, government, or private practice; exposure to financial services or crypto
Familiarity with emerging payments technology and financial services
Thrive in fast-paced international environment; tolerate change and ambiguity
Strong written and oral communication; work well in teams and independently
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) J.D.; plus is a plus
