Paralegal, Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Support capital markets legal and business teams daily on securitizations and financings
• Organize closing and administration of complex warehouse and ABS financings
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute transactions
• Draft basic legal documents including amendments and entity formation docs
• Support ongoing transaction compliance including covenant tracking and UCC filings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of paralegal experience, with at least 2 years in banking, capital markets or structured finance
• Strong knowledge of entity formation and maintenance
• Proficiency with Word, Adobe, DocuSign, and iManage
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple transactions under deadlines
• Preferred: experience at a law firm in Capital Markets or fintech/bank
