Paralegal

📋 Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and company policies.
• Maintain corporate records and filings.
• Coordinate with external counsel for timely case management.
• Manage product-related claims and litigation matters.
• Support responses to lawsuits and prepare discovery materials.
• Track claims, litigation deadlines, and related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate or Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• 3+ years paralegal experience, preferably in retail, consumer products, or e-mobility.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, contract, IP, and litigation procedures.
• Experience managing product liability or injury claims is desirable.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Westlaw or LexisNexis.
