• Support contract lifecycle management across jurisdictions.
• Privacy and DSAR processes and audits.
• Employment and HR documentation support.
• Litigation and claims support; outside counsel coordination.
• Build repeatable templates and processes for legal ops.
• Collaborate with Ops, People, Logistics, Marketing and CS.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Experience with CLM tools and contract workflows.
• Google Workspace familiarity; privacy/e-discovery workflows preferred.
• Excellent drafting, proofreading, and document assembly.
• Ability to work autonomously across global time zones.
• Strong communication and project management; maintain SLAs.
• Proactive, business-minded with execution focus.
