3+ years as a paralegal in SaaS or high-growth environments
Strong experience reviewing and managing commercial contracts
Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Clear communicator, translating legal nuance for non-legal teams
Systems thinker who automates and scales processes
High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
