Develop operational solutions to evaluate complex business risk in fast-paced settings
Automate and streamline ops processes; build in-house solutions or work with external vendors
Review risk factors for high-priority merchants
Troubleshoot and resolve payment issues with merchants via email and phone
Manage cross-functional streams with support, data science, compliance, and engineering
Use data-driven analysis to identify optimization and growth

🎯 Requirements

3 - 5 years of work experience
2 - 3 years of operational experience in fintech, banking, or payments
Strong understanding of payments
Excellent communication skills
Strong quantitative / detail-oriented background
Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
