Financial Audit Manager

📋 Description

• Manage SOX compliance activities and milestones
• Coordinate with co-sourced providers, external auditors, and internal leaders
• Assist in system implementations and control redesign
• Train control owners on internal controls over financial reporting
• Manage financial and operational audits, including risk assessment
• Drive process reviews and identify efficiency improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years audit experience (industry and/or public accounting)
• CPA, CA or CIA certification
• Ability to work at least twice a week from Palo Alto office
