🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 1+ years spraying advanced paint systems (epoxies, urethanes, solvents, acrylics) OR trade school certificate
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment in aerospace
- Ability to interpret electronic work instructions, process specs, and drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
